We are certified by Medicare and nationally accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC). We focus on enhancing the quality of life of the patient while providing support to the patient’s family. Divinity hospice's program is patient-centered and tailored to the specific disease process as well as specific needs of each patient.
