Eligibility

To be eligible for Divinity Hospice services a patient must agree to receive comfort care rather than curative care. The patient's attending physician and Divinity’s team of physicians and professionals will use their best judgment to determine that the patient has a limited life expectancy. Our exceptional care team conducts a patient evaluation to help determine if Hospice services are appropriate.
